Mark your calendars for the Bear Fair on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Centennial Park in Creston! This community celebration, hosted by the Trail and Creston Valley Society and Grizzly Bear Solutions, aims to unite families, educators, and the public in a festival-style setting focused on living harmoniously with wildlife.
Thanks to our generous sponsors—Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative (Y2Y) and Fish & Wildlife Compensation Program (FWCP) —this educational event is possible.
Join us for an all-ages outdoor event featuring interactive booths, educational stations, games, and local cuisine, all centered around living harmoniously with wildlife.
Key attractions include bear awareness demonstrations, conservation talks by guest speakers, a Kids’ Corner with face painting and engaging games, The Sasquatch Grub Shack food truck offering a variety of tasty treats will be onsite. TCVS will conduct hourly prize draws. Participants include Grizzly Bear Solutions and WildSafe BC. Don't miss out on this fun and educational day from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM—admission is free!
