We are thrilled to announce that the signs at Riverside Park have been successfully reinstalled for the second time! This comes after a rather eventful autumn last year, when a group of enthusiastic beavers engaged in some serious tree gnawing, leading to the unfortunate destruction of one of our newly placed signs shortly after its installation. These industrious little creatures, while charming in their own right, took down several trees in their quest for construction materials, and one of those trees was directly responsible for the loss of our beautiful donor sign.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our friend Corey from Cannon Art, who has once again stepped up to the plate for round two of this project. His dedication and craftsmanship have resulted in a stunning new sign that not only serves as a marker for the park but also pays tribute to the generous individuals and organizations in the Creston Valley. These donors played a crucial role in our campaign to acquire the park, ensuring that the community has water and land access for recreational use.

The new sign is a testament to their generosity and commitment to enhancing our community's outdoor spaces. It stands as a reminder of the collaborative spirit that drives our efforts to maintain and improve Riverside Park for everyone to enjoy. We encourage everyone to visit the park and take a moment to appreciate the sign, which beautifully encapsulates the essence of community support and the importance of preserving our natural resources.

So, don’t miss out! Head over to Riverside Park to explore the scenic beauty it offers, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the new sign that represents both the generosity of our donors and the resilience of our community in the face of nature’s playful challenges. Your visit not only supports the park but also celebrates the collective efforts that have made this space a cherished part of our community.
