Ferry Landing Update 3

The old ferry landing continues to evolve into a family-friendly picnic site. Landscaping and gravelling of the picnic table sites were completed.  Two volunteers were on site to level around the picnic table slabs using a bobcat provided by Northtown Rentals and gravel was delivered from Sullivan Stone.  The fire pit site was prepared and Comfort Welding fabricated and installed a fire ring.  Thanks very much to Northtown Rental for the reduced rate on the rental of the bobcat and a big thank you to Comfort Welding for donating the magnificent fire ring. Creston Valley Trails has also received donations from a few local businesses for the purchase of concrete picnic tables. Stay tuned for these updates.
