Another Work Bee!
This time: Midgeley Mountain
Our goal is to do some maintenance work and mark the trail to the top of Midgeley Mountain as well as clean cabin for summer use.
Meet at Ramada Parking Lot at 8 am - On June 26, 2025.
The road is rough but we can car pool and only use high clearance vehicles. If you are a certified chainsaw operator please bring your chainsaw. Others can bring a portable, electric hedge trimmers or hand clippers. Remember to bring gloves, mosquito repellent, and we suggest long pants, long sleeves and a hat is recommended. The elevation can be quite cool at times and there are lots of mosquitos by wet areas. Pack your lunch and water.
It is a beautiful and easy hike with great views most of the time.
