This weekend’s workbee at KaPapa Cedars Trail was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the awesome crew who showed up and put in the hard work. Here’s what we tackled together:

  • Gave the outhouse a good clean and a fresh coat of stain
  • Relocated the pallets and cleared away some aggressive plants to keep the path clear
  • Dug trenches and built small but much-needed footbridges, ensuring water flows freely without turning the trail into a slippery mess!

We had 7.5 hardworking hands (plus a couple of enthusiastic pooches for entertainment) and wrapped everything up in just 3 hours! Huge shoutout to Brenda, Mark, George, Kelly, Wes, Petra, Mechelle and Elliot for making it happen.

The weather was perfect, the work was fun, and we even accomplished more than planned! Can’t wait for the next one – bring on more trail adventures!
